Plastic-Cement Tennis Field/Court

Types of surface layer material:
Acrylic (hard, elastic)
Polyurethane (elastic)
Artificial grass

1. Design

Choosing the site of tennis courts should consider the following basic items:
1. Sunny exposure and wind protective
2. Good drainage, low groundwater levels
3. Keep it away from the highway, or surround it with photophobic net.
4. It can be grew grass and plants around it
5. Convenient for the public.
6. Facing South-north, deflection less than 20°
Planning the most reasonable project according to its area, main considerations are as follow:
thickness of soil, location of groundwater, course direction, and choice of cement or asphalt base, open space between tennis courts.

     Tennis Competition Rules issued by the international tennis association and the state sports commission illustrates that a standard tennis court covers an area no less than 36.58 m (length) ×18.29 m (width). Within the area, the standard size of the effective doubles court is: 23.774 m (length) ×10.973m (width). No less than 6.40m of space shall be left after every end line, and 3.66m after every side line. Install net post in the center of court. The distance between the two posts is 12.80m, and 1.07m between the top of net pole and the floor, and 0.914m between the top edge of net and the floor.

     The foul line distance among two or more parallel built tennis courts is no less than 3.66m.
     As to the indoor tennis court, the net height that beyond the 6.40-meter-end-line is no less than 6.40 meters. And so is the ceiling roof, no less than 11.50 meters over the court.
     Outdoor court fence is generally 4 m high and can be increased or decreased by surrounding environment. 
     To the tennis court which need light illumination, besides indoor fixture, the lighting items should not be fixed on upward side of outdoor court or both sides of end lines, but on both sides of the court, with a vertical distance of 6.0 meters at least to the ground to ensure the even illumination. According to various usage of the court, the lighting illumination can be professionally designed by lighting source technicians. 
     A standard tennis court is generally equipped 8 sets of 1000w special lighting fixtures.

A•Cement-base (cement concrete) 
     Good quality of base makes excellent tennis courts. Add steel wire into cement-base court should reinforce the entirety and prevent foundation cracking.
● slope requirement
     The slope error of concrete floor is less than 3 ‰ -5 ‰. If there is the water system (such as a massive clean -up), the slope is correspondingly increased, and should have the drainage floor drain or drain ditch.
●expansion joint
     During fundamental construction of the court, 15mm expansion joint should be set beneath the central net, horizontally through the entire court. When dilatants are removed, special filling materials should be used to seal the seam to prevent the expansion and crack caused by temperature difference.
●drying requirement
     In accordance with international standards, it requires a period of 28 more days of maintenance to keep the ground drying after the completion of tennis court.
●embedded parts
     Leave fixed piece of net post in basic construction process. Embedded parts provided by cotractor.
●dewatering/water removal test
     The depth of any bogan or other waterlogging can not exceed    the thickness of one coin, or must be mended smoothly with cement.
B•Asphalt base (asphalt concrete)
      According to different local environmental condition, it needs to dig proper depth from the ground to downwardness and fill with various materials in turn. And then roll them layer by layer. The density of asphalt foundation is not less than 2.35t/m3  and its surface should be with no granite, no cellular, no oil pollution and no oil returning under hi-temp in the summer.
●slope requirement
     Slope error of concrete floor is less than 3 ‰ -5 ‰ and should have the drainage floor drain or drain ditch.

● pavement of asphalt
     The final layer of the surface must be paved with a high degree finer sand asphalt and rolled it out with 8-10 tons milled truck to form the stable and smooth base surface layer.
● surface layer requirement
     Asphalt must be laid by plans and its surface is smooth, no obvious cellular pitted surface. Roughness can be measured by 3M ruler and the error less than 3mm.
● system of removing water。
     Removing water system must be equipped.
                            
C. Tennis court fence

     For the appearance and quality assurance, our company applies to imported PVC material to cover wire fence. It can save money for respraying of ordinary wire and the useful life is 3~5years longer than ordinary one. The mesh size is 50mm × 50mm which ensuring not to be jammed or drilled through.  
1. Plinth: embedded iron embedded parts in the basic construction of the fence.
2. Frame structure: fence frame is jointed with Φ55mm steel pipe in embedded parts of steel plants and connected with each other into a whole. Fence of outdoor court is 4m high and indoor it is is 6m high. After the whole frame structure has been welded, the special outdoor metallic paint should be painted twice completely.
3. Net tension: use special tools to tight the net when install PVC-covered mesh and then fix net by flat iron bars and self-drilling screws.
D. Construction of illumination system:
1. Lamp Post is 110 steel and installation height is no less than 6 meters. The entire court is equipped 8 sets of 1000w special lighting fixture for tennis court
2. Power supply:Total input electric wire is 380V power supply and the general power of the lighting system is 8KW. During the fundamental construction, the wire pipe should be embedded complied with the electrical wire distribution map, and the junction box as well as all lights should also be done properly.
E. Imported acrylic surface system
     Thickness of "hard-type" surface layer system is 2mm, which is divided into seven layers.
1. Foundation repair: water the entire site thoroughly, check waterlogging and mark it. Then clean the site and fill concave area with special repairing material after drying.
2. Pickling: swash the court using mixed liquid of hydrochloric acid and water, with a proportion of  3:2. And then wash the remaining acids and dust away with water.
3. Bed charge layer: use reinforced asphalt filler mixed with water and then do knife coating of the whole court once(1st floor)
4. Base coating layer: use reinforced asphalt filler mixed with water and special quartz sand and then do knife coating of the court three times. (No. 3 ~ 5 layers).
5. Surface coating layer: use imported acrylic paint mixed with quartz sand and water and then do knife coating of the court twice (5 ~ 6 layers).
6. Final decorated coating layer: coat a layer of surface oil with imported acrylic paint mixed with water to achieve the texture effects (7th floor).
7. Line coating layer: use imported acrylic colorant condensate to paint line of tennis court.11

F. Construction period
     Construction period of a standard tennis court is 45 work days (In case of  the stoppage caused by rainy days or force majeure factors, it shall be extended accordingly).
