PVC Solid-Woven Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt

1. Introduction
     PVC Solid-Woven Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt adopts advanced technology from the United States and the domestic latest equipment, solid woven dipped through PVC and adhere to rubber cover, up to the national standards of MT914-2008, possesses the characteristics of high-intensity, large carrying capacity and balance traffic. At the same time, it bears good flame-retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance performance.

2. Joint performance
    PVC Solid-Woven Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt takes two kinds of joint methods according to customer's demand. One is mechanical buckle connection, Dianfeng's engineers can make the joint strength up to more than 75% of tensile strength (in general 60% or more). The other is adhesive joint, which our experts can make joint strength surprisingly rated 100% of tensile strength(average 90%).

3. Service life
     In order to ensure high product quality, Dianfeng adopts compact core which woven  from the horizontal and vertical filament and covered woven cotton, dipped by special formula PVC material, so that the PVC Solid-Woven Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt possesses characteristics of impact-resistance, tear-resistant, anti-wear and long service life.

4. Structure
     PVC Solid-Woven Fire Resistant Conveyor Belt adopts solid woven as product skeleton, which woven by Polyester and Nylon filament, dipped through PVC and plasticized.

5. Characters
     Adopt high-strength, low extension of high-quality polyester filament yarn in vertical and high-intensity, moderate of nylon filament in horizontal, With a characteristics of high tensile strength, small elongation, light body, no delamination, impact resistance and tear-performance.

6. Usage
