Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

1. Introduction
      Dianfeng can produce various types of heat-resistant conveyor belt, which adopted advanced technology from the United States and the domestic latest equipment introduced in 2009, on the basis of ensuring the conveyor belt's characteristics, the belt core is covered by heat-resistant rubber which designed by Dianfeng and then vulcanized, therefore it bear the characteristics of wear-resistant and heat-resistant, stable operation under high temperatures and long service life.

2. Structure and Usage
     According to the different cores, Dianfeng's heat-resistant conveyor belt can be divided into following types: cotton core CC, cotton EB, polyester and nylon EP and other synthetic fabrics. Covering rubber and buffering rubber adopt good heat-resistance EPDM rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or chlorinated butyl rubber. Applies to the workplace of temperature between 60℃ to 175℃. It is widely used in the conveying of metallurgy, coke, building materials and foundry industry, cement clinker and a variety of high-temperature powder-like material.

5. Selection of heat-resistant belt
 
1)        Choose the most suitable conveyor belt depends on the thermal strain, chemical, mechanical stress.
2)        The conveyor belt surface temperature and materials temperature changes according to the composition of materials, properties, the surface structure and shape.
3)        Heat-resistant conveyor belt's service life is greatly influenced by the surface temperature, thick rubber cover is an important condition to ensure a longer service life. Recommended thickness of cover glue for fabric cord heat-resistant belt: upper cover glue 6-8mm, lower cover glue 2-4mm.
 
6. Use Points
1)        The whole conveyor belt surface temperature should be measurement continuously, uninterrupted, recording and monitoring, avoid unnecessary temperature rise.
2)        Cooling material and conveyor mandatory.
3)        Maintain the materials uniform distribution, not focus too much.
4)        The conveyor belt equipped with hot material, once stops, should take measures to remove the thermal material.
